    • This package has been designed for those who are looking for a gym to train in. Our gym is like no other. Its a gym that’s been designed around a military ethos. “Train hard”. the gym is not open to the public, meaning there is no queuing for equipment, no wasted time, just old fashioned training. Its an olympic lifting gym with pulleys, benches, squat racks and enough free weights to sink a ship. So if you’re looking for a quiet gym to exercise during the day or evening look no further.

    • This package has been developed firstly for past members who want to maintain fitness, and for new members who are looking for 2 structured sessions per week and have access to a gym with no queuing for equipment or intimidations from the gym queens. Its basic by nature but will help maintain fitness in an environment you will want to return to week after week.

    • 2 x Circuits Per week Tuesdays and Thursdays
    • Lab Lactate acid testing (every 10 weeks) to determine your actual zones of training.
    • Specific training plan with constant monitoring and review.

  • Gold Package
    • This package is the gold standard for weight loss. We have a 100% record for weight loss on this Plan. Unlike other companies who want to charge you £30 per hour, where you can only afford 1 session per week. We provide you with 3-5 session a week and the reality is, it takes 3-5 sessions per week to get the job done. You will also develop a good level of fitness and tone your entire body on this plan.
